2. Who Can Use IgboCrush

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to date.
  • By signing up, you affirm that you are seeking a genuine connection with others in or connected to the Igbo community.

3. What You Must Not Do

When using the app, you agree NOT to:

  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
  • Send harassing, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Upload misleading or offensive photos.
  • Violate any applicable laws or community rules.

4. Profile Verification

  • Photos must be real and recent.
  • Verified photos are visible only to approved matches.
  • Unverified or rejected images are automatically deleted.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans:

  • Free plan: Limited features and messaging.
  • Premium plan: From $19/month (auto-renews unless canceled).

Payment and Refunds:

  • Handled via Apple or Google App Stores.
  • We never store your credit card data.
  • Refunds only provided within 14 days if required by law.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. To request deletion, email legal@softnergy.co.uk.

7. Disclaimers

  • No guarantee of finding a match or long-term relationship.
  • We are not liable for events during in-person meetings.
  • Service may be occasionally interrupted for maintenance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation.
